Before your first box
Your subscription renews on the monthly anniversary of your first successful payment. The first box and renewal boxes are planned to ship within 5–7 business days after payment clears.
Yes. Make changes in your customer account at least three calendar days before the next renewal so the upcoming shipment can be adjusted.
Yes. Choose curated discovery and share exclusions after enrollment. Sensorium will honor preferences whenever inventory and the month's composition allow.
